Chloe signed as a goalkeeper for Crystal Palace Women in July 2020. She played at her former club, Tottenham Hotspur Women, for six years and was a key member of the team throughout their FA WPL and FAWC campaigns, assisting the club in securing promotion to the Women’s Super League for the first time in the club’s history in 2018/19.

Chloe is also a qualified civil litigation lawyer and has worked in London law firms full-time alongside her football career. During her legal career, Chloe has headed up a number of initiatives that have sought to increase the profile of the LGBT community within the sector.

During the 2019 Women’s World Cup, Chloe made her radio debut on BBC London discussing the tournament and the progress of the women’s game. Chloe has also appeared on The Times’ ‘The Game’ Podcast and talkSPORT’s Game Day.

In 2020, Chloe was elected Women in Football Board Apprentice as a recipient of the Vikki Orvice Memorial Directorship Scheme and received the Cyrille Regis Players Award (Football Blacklist).

In 2021, shortly after being named Sports Star of the Year at the DIVA Awards and featuring on the Pride Power List, Chloe joined Football Ramble’s Podcast ‘Upfront’ team as a host. She hosts this alongside Rachel O’Sullivan, from Girls on the Ball, which is released every Tuesday, bringing us the biggest stories from the WSL and beyond, and takes us to the cultural heartbeat of the women's game.

Shortly after England won the 2022 Euros, Chloe announced her retirement from professional football, off the back of an eight-year spell playing in the elite game. However, her time at Palace did not finish there, as she took up a brand new off-field role with the club as Presenter & Media Manager. In addition to this, she also launched M-Power Goalkeeper Coaching in April 2022, which supports the younger generations of women and non-binary aspiring goalkeepers by offering coaching sessions and camps with professional and semi-professional goalkeepers throughout the women’s football industry.
